Merch Clothing Returns & Exchanges Policy
Important Note: This policy applies exclusively to Trade Eights merchandise (apparel, hats, accessories, etc.).
At Trade Eights, we take pride in the quality of our gear. Because our apparel lines are custom-printed specifically for you when you place an order, our return policy differs slightly from traditional retail.
Please review our guidelines below to ensure you have the best experience with our brand.
1. Quality Guarantee (Damaged or Defective Items)
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we will make it right.
Report Period: Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your item.
Process: Email us at info@tradeeightscocktails.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Resolution: We will send out a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund for the item.
2. Made-to-Order & Sizing
Because each item is printed on demand once your order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
Check the Charts: To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to the specific Size Chart located on each product page before completing your purchase.
Pro-Tip: If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit.
3. Packages Lost in Transit
For any packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with our carriers to investigate and, if the package is deemed lost, we will ship a replacement to you at our expense.
4. Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
